Cancellations

Notification of any cancellation should reach the Gainsborough House Hotel by 12pm on the day prior to arrival.

 

Group Bookings

Bookings may be amended, subjuct to availability, up to 7 days prior to arrival at no extra charge.

For reductions and cancellations with less than 7 days notice a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

For reductions of cancellations with 24 hour notice or less a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

In the event of non-arrival, a full 100% charge will apply and the booking will be automatically released the following morning.

Without exception the hotel retains the absolute right to refuse accommodation and or any services to any person(s) who in the sole discrection of the hotel is or may act in such a way as to interrupt the smooth running of the hotel.
